BEFORE you enter a Claim:
- WE OUTSOURCE OUR CLAIMS --- PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL BEFORE THE 30 DAYS OF FILLING OUT YOUR CLAIM FORM!!!!!!
- IF YOU ARE SENDING A DAMAGE FOR 3 OF THE SAME ITEM, YOU MUST SEND A PICTURE WITH ALL 3 ITEMS DAMAGES IN THE PHOTO – WE CANNOT ACCEPT INDIVIDUAL PHOTOS OF THE SAME ITEM AS 6 (ONLY 1 WILL BE CREDITED IF APPLICABLE IN THAT CASE)
- MUST SHOW THE BOX WITH ANY DAMAGE --- NOT JUST THE INSIDE BOX – WE ALSO NEED A PICTURE OF THE ENTIRE BOX
- BEFORE YOU MAKE A ‘MISSING’ CLAIM, PLEASE LOOK IN ALL BOXES, AND IF YOU ARE SHIPPING WITH AN ORDER FROM OUR SISTER COMPANY, PLEASE CHECK ALL OF THOSE BOXES AS WE SOMETIMES CAN PUT MORE PRODUCTS IN BOXES TO SAVE YOU ON SHIPPING
- SHIPPING COST IS NON-REFUNDABLE --- WE TRY EVERY ORDER 3 DIFFERENT WAYS TO GET YOU THE BEST SHIP COST WE CAN!!! CREDITS BACK WILL NEVER INCLUDE SHIP COST.
- BRASS ITEMS --- OUR BRASS ITEMS ARE SPECIFICALLY MADE TO LOOK TARNISHED – THIS IS NOT A CLAIM WE CAN ACCEPT – AS THE TARNISH IS THE PURPOSE WHY WE CARRY THEM.
