For damages due to shipping, please follow these instructions.

  1. Save all packing materials.
  2. Call either UPS (800) 742-5877, FedEx (800) 762-3725, or Common Carrier to file a damage claim and receive a claim number.
  3. Call our Customer Service Department (508) 992-3827 with claim number.

For damages not due to shipping, please follow these instructions.

  1. Call our Customer Service Department (508) 992-3827 to receive further instructions.
  2. At this time, a return label will be issued and mailed or faxed -- we do not transmit any return label electronically.

Are there any bulk discounts?

Yes. The best way to save money on products and shipping is to purchase our quantity pricing and to ship by pallet load.

What carriers do you use?

We ship through UPS or FedEx.

What payments do you accept?

We accept check, Visa, or MasterCard for full amount, plus postage with order unless other financial arrangements have been made.

What are your return policies?

  • Purchases over $75 are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of your purchase.
  • Any item found to be shop worn with customer tagging will not be credited.
  • There is no credit for freight charges.
  • All damaged items must be in original packaging.
  • All items returned due to dissatisfaction, overstock, error, are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • If original packaging is discarded and/or you do not follow the above instructions, Upper Deck will assume no responsibility for damaged product.
