Terms of service

Upper Deck Ltd sells wholesale only, to approved retail businesses with a valid resale certificate. $250 minimum per order, counted after quantity discounts and before shipping ($75 minimum for showroom pickup). Every approved customer pays the same wholesale price; some items also offer quantity price breaks, shown on the product page and in Quick Order.

Payment: no card is entered on the website. The card on file for your account is charged once, when your order ships, for the merchandise plus the actual shipping cost (no handling fees). New accounts with no card on file: place your order and the office will call you for a card before it is filled. Checks are accepted only from accounts already on net-30 terms. Showroom pickup orders are paid at pickup. No sales tax is collected on wholesale orders.

Damaged, missing or incorrect-item claims must be filed within 10 days of delivery — see our Returns & Claims policy. Credits from claims apply to your next order; we do not refund to cards. Shipping is non-refundable.
