Shipping policy

Every order ships from our warehouse in Fairhaven, Massachusetts via UPS, FedEx, or truck freight for large orders.

You pay actual shipping — nothing more. No handling fees, ever. The only added charges are when they genuinely apply: drop shipments, lift-gate delivery, or delivery to a residential address — and we ask you about these when you order.

How billing works: no card is charged when you place the order. After your order is picked, packed, and weighed, the card on file for your account is charged once — for the merchandise plus the actual UPS/FedEx/truck shipping cost. New accounts with no card on file: the office calls you for a card before the order is filled. Net-30 accounts pay by check after delivery. Showroom pickup orders are paid at pickup.

Out-of-stock items: we don't backorder. Tap "Notify me" on any out-of-stock item and we'll email you the moment it's back, so you can add it to your next order.

International: we ship within the USA. International customers are welcome to order through their U.S. freight forwarder — we deliver to your forwarder’s U.S. address and they handle the rest.

$250 minimum order, counted after quantity discounts and before shipping ($75 for showroom pickup). We update stock every day. If an item isn't on our site, we no longer carry it.
