Upper Deck Ltd has been a wholesale distributor of vintage American and antique-reproduction décor since 1967. The line runs to more than 2,700 items for the home, garden and farmhouse, including cast iron, brass and tin pieces for gift shops, hardware stores, garden centers, antique malls and home-décor boutiques. Every order ships from our warehouse and showroom at 10 Pequod Rd, Fairhaven, Massachusetts.

How wholesale ordering works

• Apply once. Fill out our wholesale application with proof of business: a resale tax certificate, EIN, Tax ID or other official paperwork.
• Get approved. A real person verifies every application by hand, and you get an email when your access is switched on.
• Log in for prices. Wholesale prices, pack sizes and any quantity price breaks show after login. Order from product pages, or paste item numbers into Quick Order.
• $250 minimum. Counted per order, after quantity discounts and before shipping.
• Actual shipping, charged once. No card is taken on the website. Once your order is packed and weighed, your card on file is charged once: merchandise plus exactly what UPS, FedEx or the freight carrier charges, with no handling fees.

Our sister company, Moby Dick Specialties, sells nautical gifts and coastal décor from the same Fairhaven warehouse. Each company has its own $250 minimum, and orders from both are packed together to save you on shipping.

Showroom and trade shows

Our Fairhaven showroom is over 5,000 square feet. Appointments are strongly encouraged, and walk-ins are welcome. Office hours are Monday–Thursday, 8 AM–3 PM Eastern; closed Friday. We also keep a permanent showroom at AmericasMart in Atlanta (Building 2, Suite 785) and exhibit at gift shows from Gatlinburg and Ocean City to Myrtle Beach, Orlando and Philadelphia. Wholesale FAQ

Do you charge sales tax? No. Wholesale orders are tax-free with your resale certificate on file.

Do you take backorders? No. Click “Notify me” on a sold-out item to get an email when it's back in stock.

What if something arrives damaged? File a claim within 10 days of delivery through our claim form, with photos of the damage and the shipping box. Keep all packaging.

I ordered on your old website. Do I reapply? No. Log in with the email address you used before and a one-time code. No password, no new application.
