In Canada? You do not need a US resale certificate. Put your GST/HST number in the Tax ID box, and upload your CRA business registration or your provincial vendor permit (PST/QST). Pick your province in the State/Province list.
Your tax documents are used only to verify your business, stored securely, and never shared.
